I turn the music up
I got my records on
I shut the world outside until the lights come on

红枣七颗洗净，每颗以小刀划出直纹帮助养分溢出，然后用滚水300毫升加盖，浸泡八个小时以，接著再加盖隔水蒸一个小时即成。

一、饮水机事件
女儿快一岁时，对什么都好奇，尤其对饮水机的开关好奇，她外婆带着她很担心，一直看着并不停阻止，要知道这是很难的事，大人总有走开的时候，而女儿在学步车里是可以到处走动的。于是我决定不用看着了，饮水机的开关并不很危险，只要一放手水就会停，与其一直提心吊胆地看着不如让她烫到一次来得有用，很快她给烫到了，并记住了这是危险的，在很长一段时间内没有再去触摸。顺便我告诉她我们阻止她是因为这个东西是有危险的，所以要记住，大人阻止你动的东西都有道理，别以为一岁的小孩不懂，其实他们会听明白。好吧，应该是女孩明白得早一点，男孩会晚一点。
二、插座事件
女儿快两岁时，对墙上的插座孔很感兴趣，于是我拿来了她的录音机，告诉她墙上的孔里有电，是录音机需要的，插插头的时候需要拿着后面的塑料部分，这才安全，如果拿了前面的两片金属是会死的，而且手湿的时候插插座也是会死的。女儿对死还是很敬畏的，虽然未必明白具体会怎样，但总之是一件很不好很可怕的事。在两岁不到的日子里她学会了插插座，从那天起我们经常叫她XX来帮我插一下这样那样的插座，她也经常拖着她的录音机这个房间听听，再拖到那个房间听听，不用求我们帮她了。好吧，她很安全地活到了现在，从没触过电，我也没再担心过她会触电，我甚至曾告诉她，如果看到一根金属线你想知道是否带电，可以用手背靠上去试一下，有电的话会打到你，会有点痛有点麻，但记住千万不能用手心去抓，手背碰到会弹开，没危险，手心碰到会抓紧，那就是要命了。
三、穿衣换挨PP
